  • Morning General Session with a Welcome from Mayor Ray Stephanson and a Keynote Presentation by Gene Duvernoy, President of Cascade Land Conservancy.

  • Lunch-time General Session featuring insights from state legislators regarding housing policy and the latest information on the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation’s initiative to end family homelessness.
  •  

  • Informative breakout sessions about:

    • City of Everett’s collaboration with Snohomish County Arts Council and nonprofit developer Artspace
    •  

    • The Sustainable Communities Initiative of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)
    •  

    • 10 year plans to end homelessness, local and state updates

    • Green building practices and affordable housing
    •  

    • Lessons from the Seattle Housing Levy

    • Landlord Liaison project in King County
