About the event

Pallet is a social purpose business with two goals: End unsheltered homelessness and Develop a non-traditional workforce. Partnering with the City of Everett and the Everett Gospel Mission, Pallet will be bringing the first-ever Pallet shelters to Snohomish County. Located next to the existing Everett Gospel Men's Mission and accompanied by a no-sit, no-lie ordinance passed by the Everett City Council, the project is designed to help clean up the area under and around the Smith Ave overpass and provide safe, stable and service enriched housing for some of the city's chronically homeless. This event will have representatives from the City of Everett, the Everett Gospel Mission and Pallet to talk about the project. Time permitting, there will be a Q&A session after the presentation. Everett Mayor Cassie Franklin will provide some welcoming remarks.
