Nonprofit Board Member Organizations
Members are non-profit housing organizations that develop, construct, manage, operate or own affordable housing for low-income persons. Member organizations maintain a voting seat on the Board of Directors and the person designated as the primary representative of a member organization is automatically conferred board member status.

The Everett Gospel Mission was established in 1961 and is now the largest Faith-Based organization to the homeless in Snohomish, Skagit, San Juan and Island counties. To provide dignity and compassionate care, EGM offers free meals, housing for men each night at the Men’s Shelter and for women & children each night at the Women and Children’s Shelter, as well as reduced rental units for single women at Lydia house.

Through their programs the YWCA provides emergency shelter and transitional housing for single-parent families.
