Beacon is driven by the overriding belief that affordable housing is fundamental to a healthy community. They provide consulting services to nonprofits and public housing authorities for the entire life-cycle of affordable housing projects.

Cocoon House provides housing and other critical community based services to youth and young adults, caregivers, families and the community, in order to alleviate youth homelessness, address and prevent child abuse and neglect, and strengthen families and the community.

Domestic Violence Services of Snohomish County (DVS), is a private, nonprofit organization that provides emergency shelter and comprehensive services to victims of domestic violence and their children. DVS is committed to affecting social change by working directly with victims of abuse and the community to eliminate domestic violence.

Homes and Hope CLT offers shared equity homeownership through community land trusts. Using this proven model of permanently affordable homeownership we are helping to preserve the quality of life in Snohomish County and build communities where everyone can afford to live.

The Interfaith Family Shelter provides housing and programs that address the needs of homeless and low income families, and works to increase united action among faith groups and the community. The Family Shelter provides emergency housing while assisting families to move from homelessness to independence.

Parkview Services provides down payment assistance toward homeownership for families or individuals living with an ADA or developmental disability in King and Snohomish Counties, as well as affordable housing for individuals with developmental disabilities.  Homebuyer education, pre- and post-purchase support, and foreclosure counseling are also offered.

The YWCA is committed to advancing the quality of life for women of all ages, races, and faiths and their families. Through their programs the YWCA provides emergency shelter and transitional housing for single-parent families. Other services available to low-income individuals and families are homeless prevention, legal clinic, counseling, Pathways to Work employment program, and Working Wardrobe.

Bellwether's mission is to provide excellent affordable apartments that enable low-wage working people, their families, and low-income seniors to live independently throughout their lives.

For 100 years, Compass Health has been providing hope and treatment for children, families and adults who suffer from mental illness. Their goal is to help people stay in their homes and in their communities, surrounded by family and friends who can support them during difficult times. Housing services are available to adults who are receiving services from Compass Health.

The Everett Station District Alliance envisions that our neighborhood will be a vital economic engine for the region; a major regional transit hub; a home for industry and residents; a great place to live, work, and play; and a model for how natural systems can flourish in an urban context — supporting human health and resilience.

HomeSight is a community development corporation and a certified Community Development Financial Institution. Home buyer education, financial counseling, purchase assistance and affordably developed homes are available to modest income, first time buyers.

Low Income Housing Institute serves the housing continuum from service enriched housing that supports homeless people to multifamily apartments, mutual housing and home ownership opportunities. LIHI provides technical assistance, advocacy, asset building programs and resident services.

Pioneer Human Services is an entrepreneurial human service organization that provides a chance for change to people overcoming the challenges of substance abuse and criminal histories by offering treatment, housing and employment.

Catholic Community Services Snohomish County Family Center is a multi-service center that offers case management for chronically homeless people living with HIV/AIDS, recovery services and counselling for chemically dependent mothers and other vulnerable people in our community, as well as other family-building services.

Habitat for Humanity is a nonprofit homebuilder dedicated to creating decent, affordable housing for families in need. The goal of this interfaith Christian based ministry is to eliminate poverty housing. Habitat builds and renovates homes using as much volunteer labor and donated materials as possible.

Housing Hope was founded in 1987 by concerned local citizens to offer effective solutions to local problems of homelessness and affordable housing. Housing Hope’s goal is to provide a supportive environment that combines a range of affordable housing options with services and opportunities to help families overcome or avoid homelessness.

Mercy Housing provides quality, affordable, service enriched housing for individuals and families who are economically poor. It develops and owns housing throughout western Washington serving low income individuals, families and seniors.

Volunteers of America is one of the region's most comprehensive human service organizations, responding to 350,000 requests for assistance each year in the following service areas: basic needs, community information and referral, developmental disability services, family and children's services, and housing for seniors and veterans.
