The strength of the Housing Consortium comes from its diverse, active and associate members who are passionate about affordable housing in our community.

Nonprofit Board Member Organizations
Members are non-profit housing organizations that develop, construct, manage, operate or own affordable housing for low-income persons. Member organizations maintain a voting seat on the Board of Directors and the person designated as the primary representative of a member organization is automatically conferred board member status.

The Interfaith Family Shelter provides housing and programs that address the needs of homeless and low income families, and works to increase united action among faith groups and the community. The Family Shelter provides emergency housing while assisting families to move from homelessness to independence.

Parkview Services provides down payment assistance toward homeownership for families or individuals living with an ADA or developmental disability in King and Snohomish Counties, as well as affordable housing for individuals with developmental disabilities. Homebuyer education, pre- and post-purchase support, and foreclosure counseling are also offered.

The YWCA is committed to advancing the quality of life for women of all ages, races, and faiths and their families. Through their programs the YWCA provides emergency shelter and transitional housing for single-parent families. Other services available to low-income individuals and families are homeless prevention, legal clinic, counseling, Pathways to Work employment program, and Working Wardrobe.
