Lisa Edge, Communications Manager at Pallet, Julie Willie, Community Development Director for the City of Everett and John Hull, Director of Strategic Initiatives for the Everett Gospel Mission are the featured speakers at this one-year retrospecitve look at Everett's first pallet shelter community. Initially home to 20 shelter units with plans to expand to 40, this site provides a home and stability to those who might otherwise be on the streets. The challenges and opportunities experienced with this first project may provide a road map for moving more of our most vulnerable residents out of homelessness.
