Join the Housing Consortium of Everett and Snohomish County for our January Networking Mixer as we warmly welcome Sarah Smith, the new Executive Director of Everett Housing Authority, to our community. This special gathering offers HCESC members and partners an opportunity to connect, build relationships, and celebrate new leadership shaping the future of affordable housing in Everett.

Sarah brings more than 12 years of leadership experience in the housing authority sector, with a strong track record advancing affordable housing, resident services, and community growth. Most recently, she served as Chief Operating Officer/Deputy Executive Director at the Fort Wayne Housing Authority, where she oversaw Public Housing, Housing Choice Voucher, and Resident Services programs, and managed major federal initiatives including DOL YouthBuild, HUD Jobs Plus, and a HUD Choice Neighborhoods planning grant.
