About the event

Join the Housing Consortium of Everett & Snohomish County as we travel to Olympia for the Washington Low Income Housing Alliance’s Housing and Homelessness Advocacy Day (HHAD)! This annual event is a powerful opportunity to advocate for our 2026 legislative priorities and to discuss affordable housing and address homelessness challenges across Snohomish County and Washington State.


At HHAD, you’ll join fellow advocates from across the state to meet with lawmakers, share stories, and push for critical housing solutions. The day will include advocacy training, legislative meetings, and a rally at the Capitol to demonstrate our collective commitment to housing justice.


To make participation more accessible, HCESC is providing charter bus transportation for our members. Here’s what you need to know:
