Housing is Health: Bridging the Gap Between Home and Healthcare

Join the Housing Consortium of Everett and Snohomish County's May Affordable Housing Breakfast Forum series event for a dynamic conversation with members of WSU Everett's Residency Program on how housing serves at the foundation for health equity, and how systemic change begins with access and empowerment. The session will provide front line insights from Snohomish County healthcare leaders and affordable housing experts.

The panel discussion will include:

·        System Access - making changes at institutional levles to break down barriers,

·        Street Medicine - how upstream issues drive housing insecurity, and how physicians can advocate for system-level change,

·        Housing Data - overlaying information within the WSU Everett/overall health system with housing system data.
