2026 WSHFC 9% LIHTC Application Materials

Our friends at WSHFC released application materials for the 2026 9% Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) Allocation Round. Those materials can be accessed here.

Key dates for the applciation round are as follows:

• Pre-approval Requests and Total Development Cost Waiver Deadline: September 3rd, 2025.

• Final Application Deadline: November 3rd, 2025 by 12:00pm.
