Snohomish County releases NOFO for AHBH, HOME Capital Funding

The following press release from Snohomish County provides information on the upcoming capital funding round for Affordable Housing and Behavioral Health (AHBH) and HOME fundings. Important to note from the NOFO announcement: all interested applicants will be required to attend one of the two informaitonal sessions provided in the announcement to be eligible to submit an application.

Snohomish County announces the availability of HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) funds and Affordable Housing and Behavioral Health Capital (AHBH) funds.  Nonprofit organizations, for-profit developers, and government agencies are encouraged to submit applications. Projects must benefit low-income persons in Snohomish County. 

Applications are available beginning on August 14, 2025, at: Housing Applications.

Application Deadline: Applicants must submit the NOFO Application electronically to ohcd.funding@snoco.org by 4:00 pm on Monday, September 15, 2025, or earlier, to demonstrate that the application was submitted by the NOFO deadline.

Virtual Information Sessions: Agencies interested in applying for these funds are strongly encouraged to attend one of the Virtual Information Sessions on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm, or Thursday, August 28, 2025, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. All potential applicants are strongly encouraged to immediately review the Application Review Policy regarding communication with any party about any potential application for funding.
